Pricing questions
How much does it cost?
One cent per gigabyte for every hour a file is online. A 10 GB file kept for a day costs R2.40. There is no monthly fee and no minimum spend.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You buy credit when you need it, and it only runs down while your files are online. When your files expire or you delete them, the charges stop.
How do I pay?
You buy credit from your account page. Payments go through PayFast, which accepts South African bank cards and instant EFT.
How long are files kept?
You choose when you upload: one, three or five days, or no expiry at all. Expired files are deleted automatically and stop costing you anything.
Is there a size limit?
Accounts without credit can have up to 2 GB of files online at once. Once you have bought credit there is no limit: any file size, online for as long as your credit lasts.
